SCHOOLS
Although our current focus is on US and Canadian schools, we welcome any school globally who has the hardware, software, and video expertise to join Take 2.

For your convenience, we have included a summary of the Requirements and Benefits of joining Take 2.

Footage provided by Take 2 is free of charge to qualified applicants during their first year of participation. However, to encourage schools to take the project seriously, each participating institution will be required to complete some small task to help grow Take 2 and to perform one public event when their projects are complete.

Prospective applicant thoroughly investigates website to determine of project is a good fit for his/her school.

Applicant emails Take 2 with brief bio and school information.

Prospective applicant fills out application (found on the instructions page at http://www.take2videos.org/SupDocs/InstructionsLinked.html or by clicking on INSTRUCTIONS & SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS portal on the left side of this page) and emails it to Karin@karinmuller.com.

If accepted, applicant revisits the INSTRUCTIONS page and follows instructions to download information and send hard drive with required documents to Take 2.

Participating schools must commit to at least one item on the infrastructure growth list (sample) and the public event list (sample)

Participating schools then send 500gig drive with signed contract, $20 for return shipping, etc. as per instructions.

Take 2 will copy digitized footage onto the drive and return it to the school.
While schools are working on the footage, they may: 
- Video/telephone conference calls or emails with Karin Muller.
- Get advice and technical expertise from a variety of sources (for software issues, regional expertise, etc.)
- Use interactive website to post works-in-progress and view other students’ works.
- Contact/collaborate with other schools in the project.
- Receive advocacy support materials.
Schools must, by the end of the school year, complete all the following:
Future:
- Within the next 1-2 years Take 2 will offer online editing facilities with sample footage.Within 3-5 years Take 2 will make all of the footage available via FTP.
